By booking a Safety Networking Ltd (Safety Networking) event you represent and warrant that you have the right, authority and capacity to enter into this Agreement and are registering your acceptance of and agreement to abide by all the Safety Networking Terms & Conditions. Safety Networking strives to give Health, Safety, Environment, Fire and Quality management people the opportunity to meet other like-minded safety people in a safe and secure environment and while we take every reasonable precaution when accepting memberships we cannot however verify the personal details of those taking part in our events.

The onus is on you to verify personal information to your own satisfaction and we recommend that you do so. When making contact with participants at one of our events we would ask you to show the same caution you would undertake when meeting other people you do not know.

By registering with Safety Networking you agree that neither Safety Networking nor its associates is liable for any damages, direct or indirect, that may arise from partaking in Safety Networking services.
This includes any damages, without limitation, arising out of communicating with other participants registered with Safety Networking. Such damages include, without limitation, physical damages, bodily injury and or emotional distress and discomfort.

Safety Networking takes every reasonable precaution to choose event venues which are safe and secure and ensures that any equipment we provide is properly installed and maintained however events are held at venues over which Safety Networking and its associates have no control. Therefore, in the event that you are injured or suffer damages of any kind at a Safety Networking event, you agree to release Safety Networking and its associates from any liability with respect thereof.

As a registered participant of a Safety Networking event you understand that Safety Networking offers an opportunity for meeting new people but Safety Networking does not guarantee that any participant will successfully match with another participant. If however any participant is dissatisfied at the outcome of an event, Safety Networking agrees to offer a free pass to a subsequent event, or a full refund. Safety Networking is not liable for any damage, without limitation, resulting from use of the Safety Networking website. Safety Networking staff and group hosts always strive to carry out their duties for the optimal benefit of our members and event participants but in case of dissatisfaction with any part of our organisation or its representatives, please write to enquiries@safetynetworking.co.uk in the first instance.

AGREEMENT BETWEEN USER AND Safety Networking
This Web site ("www.safetynetworking.co.uk") is offered to you, the user, conditioned on your acceptance without modification of these Terms of Use. Your use of this Web site constitutes your agreement to the Terms of Use.

MEMBERSHIP
Safety Networking is a members only web site.
Membership may not be assigned or transferred to any other person or entity., except with prior written permission. Members must promptly inform Safety Networking of the following: changes in the expiration date of any credit card used in connection with the Service; changes in home or billing address; and apparent breaches of security, such as loss, theft, or unauthorised disclosure or use of an ID or password. Until Safety Networking is notified, by e-mail at enquiries@safetynetworking.co.uk of any breach in security, the Member will remain liable for any unauthorised use of Safety Networking

Membership of Safety Networking may be terminated at any time, and without cause, by either Safety Networking or the Member upon notification of the other by electronic or conventional mail. When a member requests termination, members are liable for charges incurred by them until termination of membership.

Members are responsible for providing all personal computer and communications equipment necessary to gain access to Safety Networking. Access to and use of Safety Networking is through a combination of an ID and a password. Each Member must keep their username and password strictly confidential.

Remember your password! For security reasons, Safety Networking will not release passwords for any reason, except as may be specifically required by law or court order. Unauthorised access to the Service is a breach of this Agreement and a violation of law.

Any liability of Safety Networking including without limitation any failure of performance, error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorised access to, alteration of, or use of records, whether for breach of contract, tortuous behaviour, negligence, or under any other cause or action, shall be strictly limited to the amount paid by or on behalf of the member to Safety Networking for the preceding 12 months.

PERSONAL AND NON-COMMERCIAL USE LIMITATION

Safety Networking is for your personal and non-commercial use. You may not copy, modify, distribute, display, perform, create derivative works from, transfer or sell any information, software, products or services obtained from Safety Networking whether printed, visual, audio, radio, electronic, email forwarding, TV, satellite, digital transmission, scanned, website re-cycled or any other form of material except where expressly noted that the material is available for such purpose. NO UNLAWFUL OR PROHIBITED USE

As a condition of your use of this Web site, you warrant to Safety Networking that you will not use this Web site for any purpose that is unlawful or prohibited by these Terms of Use.

USE OF BULLETIN BOARD, AND OTHER MESSAGING SERVICES

You acknowledge that all Messaging Services are public and not private communications and Safety Networking has the right to monitor all communications on the platform. Further, you acknowledge that Safety Networking does not endorse chats, postings, conferences, and other communications by other users, and such communications shall not be considered reviewed, screened, or approved by Safety Networking. Safety Networking reserves the right for any reason to remove without notice any contents of the Messaging Services received from users, including without limitation bulletin board postings, articles, weblogs and private messages. Safety Networking reserves the right to deny in its sole discretion any user access Safety Networking Messaging Services without notice.

1. Safety Networking is NOT a recruitment database; members cannot utilise the information provided to re-charge for recruitment services or approach other members to change jobs (head hunt) In the event of a member, profiting directly through the use of the information provided within the member's homepage the membership of the individual will be terminated immediately.

2. Safety Networking is NOT a network marketing or MLM company and will not accept this kind of activity within its membership or at its events. In the event of a member, profiting directly through the use of the information provided within the member's homepage or from sending information about network marketing or MLM products, services to the membership the individual's membership to Safety Networking will be terminated immediately.

3. Safety Networking is NOT a "free to advertise database" - the sending of unsolicited emails (SPAM) advertising products and services to members either using Safety Networking messaging tools or forums or directly to members e-mail addresses is NOT PERMITTED. The collection of Safety Networking members’ e-mail addresses from the profile pages or from the database for ANY use without the written permission of Safety Networking is considered as theft and legal action will be taken against offenders.

4. Safety Networking gives no warranty or guarantee on the information provided by the member.

5. Safety Networking is not liable for any misrepresentation of a member

6. Safety Networking is not liable for any loss of job or any expenses incurred in the pursuit of employment.
